INTORDUCTION
Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and inflammatory diseases. Paracetamol is an analgesic drug used alone or in combination with opioids as Antipain and an antipyretic agent.Chlorzoxazone is a centrally acting muscle relaxant used to treat muscle spasm.
USES OF DICLOFENAC SODIUM, PARACETAMOL & CHLORZOXAZONE TABLETS
Diclofenac Sodium, Paracetamol & Chlorzoxazone Tablets is mainly used in treatment of toothache, muscle pain, fever & rheumatic pain. It is also used to treatment of headache, joint pain, body pain, muscle strain, viral fever, and joint stiffness.

HOW DICLOFENAC SODIUM, PARACETAMOL & CHLORZOXAZONE TABLETS WORKS
Diclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 which is responsible for production of prostaglandin (PG). This exerts anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and analgesic effects.Paracetamol inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by reducing the active form of cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 enzymes. Chlorzoxazone inhibits degranulation of mast cells, subsequently preventing the release of histamine.
