INTORDUCTION
Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and inflammatory diseases. Paracetamol is an analgesic drug used alone or in combination with opioids as Antipain and an antipyretic agent.

Diclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 which is responsible for production of prostaglandin (PG). this exertsanti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and analgesic effects.Paracetamol inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by reducing the active form of cyclooxygenase-1 and -2enzymes.
