Paracetamol Infusion

Paracetamol is an analgesic drug used alone or in combination with opioids as Antipain and an antipyretic agent.

Paracetamol Infusion is used for the short-term treatment of moderate pain, especially after surgery and for the short-term treatment of fever, when urgent need to treat pain or hyperthermia and/or when other routes of administration are not possible.

• Nausea
• Skin Rash
• Vomiting
• Stomach pain

This medication is administered to intravenous only. It is strictly advisable to ask your doctor or nurse for administration.

Paracetamol inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by reducing the active form of cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 enzymes.
