INTORDUCTION
Dicycloverineis also known as Dicyclomine is an antimuscarinic agent. Paracetamol is an analgesic drug used alone or in combination with opioids as Antipain and an antipyretic agent.Magnesium trisilicate is an antacid used for the symptomatic treatment of peptic ulcers.

Dicycloverine, Paracetamol and Magnesium Tablets is used in treatment of abdominal pain and cramp related with biliary colic, intestinal colic and dysmenorrhea.

Dicyclomine relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine) by stopping sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.Paracetamol inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by reducing the active form of cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 enzymes. Magnesium trisilicate form gelatinous silicon dioxide with gastric contents to protect ulcerated mucosal surfaces and favour healing.
